MD Carts FF4 Controller ID Guide
1. Locate the controller

The controller on the FF4 is located under the rear seat. It is mounted in a protective box. To access the controller you will need to pop the seat cushion up and remove the cover of the controller box. |
2. Observe & Identify The Controller

With the cover removed from controller box you can view and identify the controller. The FF4 model cart uses the 450a JHL controller. |
3. Locate & Identify Programming Port

The programming port on the FF4 is located under the rear seat, next to the Tow/Run switch. The programming port is a white, square, 4-pin connector. It has a protective cap on it that needs to be removed to attach the programming cable, make sure to replace it once you're done making your adjustments. |
Now that we have identified the controller in your vehicle we can take a look at the required equipment to connect to the vehicle and make your desired changes.

To establish a connection with the controller in your FF4 you will need to use CartCables part number CC-CBL-JHLSE2. It can be purchased HERE. |
5. Programming Software

In addition to the programming cable you will need to have a copy of the "JHLLive" software loaded on your pc. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE. |
