EPIC E-Series With Enpower Controller
For vehicles equipped with the Enpower controller, it is important to note that it may have one of three different brand markings: the original manufacturer, Enpower, or it could be privately labeled as either a "Marshall" or "ICON" branded unit. The cable for the ICON controllers in The ICON carts (CC-CBL-ICONSE) will NOT work with this controller!
Now that we have identified which controller is in your vehicle we can take a look at what is required to connect to the vehicle and make your desired changes.
1. Observe & Identify The Controller
Enpower Controller |
2. Locate & Identify Programming Port
The programming port for vehicles with the Enpower controller will have an automotive-style 2-pin connector. You may have to do some hunting, as they are tucked away and hidden quite well on these vehicles. The cable and plug are likely bundled with the other cables coming out of the controller housing and may be between the box and the batteries. You must locate this connector, as this is what you will use to connect your vehicle to the computer. |
3. Programming Cable - Enpower/Marshall/ICON Controller
To establish a connection with the Enpower controller in your Epic golf cart you will need to use CartCables part # CC-CBL-ENPWCB. It can be purchased HERE The cable for the ICON controllers in ICON carts (CC-CBL-ICONSE) will NOT work with this controller! |
4. Programming Software - Enpower/Marshall/ICON Controller
In addition to the programming cable you will need to have a copy of the "Parameter Calibrator" software loaded on your pc. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE. |
Please note: We do not sell the software, just the cables.
